What clients have to say about Grace Hobbs Vet Physio.
Sophie Perkins with Cindy
"Grace has been a superhero helping our Dachshund recover (twice!) from IVDD. As soon as we got in touch Grace was quick to organise treating Cindy post surgery, to help her with rehabilitation, pain relief and helping us prepare our home for our recovering dog. We also really liked the laser treatment Grace provided to help with healing, pain relief and reducing scarring.
We are so grateful to have our Cindy back thriving and living her best life. Grace has been extremely professional, caring and has felt like part of the family when we have welcomed her into our home at such a vulnerable time.
We highly recommend Grace for your vetinary physiotherapy needs and also for long term physiotherapy to maintain your pets abilities so that they are always achieving their potential."
"Grace is wonderful. We have a 6 year old Labrador cross who was diagnosed with hip dysplasia in September 2021. It was pretty much end of the line, as the vets said he wasn’t suitable for hip replacements. A friend suggested we contact Grace.
After a few months of daily exercises (recommended by Grace) and regular home visits from her to carry out exercises, physio and laser therapy, there was a definite improvement. We are now 17 months down the line and Rocky is strong, fit and healthy, able to walk long distances and run and play.
We absolutely believe Grace saved him and are so grateful. She is wonderfully calm, kind, warm, knowledgeable and gentle. We cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you Grace".

"Grace treats all 3 of my dogs. They all love the attention and respond well to their treatment - often falling fast asleep during! She is very gentle, responding to the individual needs of each dog. Grace is very knowledgeable and professional and explains clearly how she is treating my dogs and why and provides exercises to continue with between visits. I would highly recommend her."
Monique Daws with Colin
"My Cockerpoo Colin was run over and had a shattered pelvis so following a massive operation he wouldn’t put down his back leg, Grace gave him around 6 sessions of physio and laser therapy, Colin loved Grace as she was kind, compassionate and knew exactly how much exercise he was able to cope with and I honestly didn’t think he was going to walk on the leg again. He is now walking and running on both back legs, we will see Grace again just to make sure all is going well in the future. Would highly recommend as Grace is always punctual and easily contactable between visits for extra advice and help when needed. 10/10 😊"
Laura Bryan with Chilli
"Grace treats my horse Chilli every 8 weeks and has been treating her for almost 2 years now. She does a fantastic job with Chilli who isn’t the easiest of horses to be around. Grace always picks up on the areas in which chilli suffers most with tightness or is more reactive in and ensures they are treated. Chilli always feels great after a treatment!! As well as this Grace is fab at putting treatment plans together for you to work on in between treatments which are tailored to you and your animal and really help! 100% recommend 😊"
"Grace is a fantastic and knowledgeable professional who I trust implicitly with my beloved loan horse! She is always so thorough and empathetic towards the horses she treats and offers really user friendly exercises to do. I love how Grace also makes sure to explain complex information in lay man’s terms. I’d definitely recommend her services!"
Peter Curran with Finn
"Since Grace started treating our dog 11 year old working pointer dog, there has been a great improvement in his mobility. She is very professional, patient and kind, he loves her to bits, we can certainly highly recommend her."
Andrew Myatt with Toggle
"Grace is an excellent vet physiotherapist, and extremely professional. I highly recommend. Our Labrador Toggle suffered a serious neck disc herniation in early 2021 - causing paralysis of his back legs. After the resulting operation - he was in a very bad way. Grace has visited weekly since; working to retain muscle mass, and flexibility, then build function and strength. It was always going to be a long road back for Toggle, but Grace's expertise has been superb in helping us."
"Grace did a great job getting my Shetland pony moving easily again. In fact so good a job that I now have trouble catching her as she canters around the field. I can highly recommend Grace's friendly and efficient service."
Debbie Cook with Thornton
"Grace has been treating our working cocker spaniel dog for a few months now. Initial assessment was very thorough, identifying history and current issues that our dog was experiencing. She has a lovely manner both with our dog and myself, explaining what she is doing and genuinely showing an interest in helping to make life better for our boy. Would not hesitate to recommend Grace."
"Grace has been treating my horse for 6 weeks and has done a wonderful job getting him back to work. She is now going to start on my dog who's recovering from cruciate surgery. Highly recommend Grace fantastic work."
A very relaxed Alfie after his vet physio session!
“Another livery recommended Grace and I was incredibly impressed with the 2 sessions she did with my horse. Zephyr typically doesn’t stand still for more than 30 seconds. However, He loved both sessions and stood nicely for her for the full hour! She was brilliant with him and ran me through everything she was doing. He’s been out hunting and feels better than ever. I would highly recommend her.”
Isobel Newton with Zephyr
"Since seeing Grace, my horse Fred has been doing great! He is a lot less sensitive, more comfortable, happier when I'm mounting and tensing his back up much less."
Lucy Small with Fred
"100% recommend! Grace has helped Caprice and her tight, elderly muscles so much in the last couple of months."
